Black Mountain Ranch is located int he East Bay Hills. Situated at the top of the hill/mountain with great views of the city in the background and Calaveras Reservoir as well. The ranch consists of approximately 4,700 acres. Primary use is a cattle grazing ranch. No known structures or infrastructures on the ranch. Believe to have two creeks running through the property. Adjacent to Ohlone Wilderness Preserve.
